Lifetime Warranty

We are proud to provide a lifetime warranty on each and every one of our pieces, so you can rest assured that we will lovingly care for your Siroi jewels whenever it needs servicing. 

We stand by our work. We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repairing for as long as you own it.

Also, you can send your jewelry to us at any time for a free thorough cleaning and inspection to ensure it is sparkling beautifully and in top shape.

There are a few limitations to our warranty :
Repair Fees:  All manufacturing defects are covered under free repair service within the first Three month of ownership (this does not include physical damage or replacement of focal stones). After Three month of ownership, a small labor and/or materials fee will apply for repair services.

● Physical damage to the ring is not covered under our warranty. However, we can arrange the repair through our authorized jeweler at a minimal cost.
Lost Center/Focal Stones: Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance in your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.

One-of-a-Kind Stones : Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.

Shipping Costs : Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.

Resizing : At Siroi Jewels , we understand the importance of a perfect fit when it comes to your jewelry, especially rings. That’s why we offer a resizing service to ensure your ring fits comfortably and beautifully at a minimal cost.

Resizing Limitations :  Rings can be resized to either increase or decrease by a maximum of one full size.

Resizing beyond this range may compromise the integrity and aesthetics of the piece and, therefore, cannot be accommodated.

Exceptions : Full Eternity Rings : Rings featuring a shank adorned with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Instead, customers are encouraged to exchange the ring for the correct size. Our customer service team is happy to assist with this process.

Resizing Costs & Shipping : Resizing is not free; however, we offer it at a minimal cost. Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways. For international customers, this includes customs fees.
Please note that repairs or polishing done by third-party jewelers will void the warranty.
